1. Digital Product Policy

All products sold on this website are digital downloads. No physical items will be shipped.

After purchase, you will receive access to downloadable files that you can print and use according to the license terms below.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final (see Refund Policy section).

2. License Terms

Your purchase grants you a Single User License, unless otherwise stated.

This means:

• You may use the resource in one classroom OR

• You may use the resource for your own children at home

• You may print multiple copies for your own students only

You may NOT share the file with other teachers.

If multiple teachers need the resource, each teacher must purchase their own license.

3. Allowed Uses

You MAY:

• Print the resources for classroom use

• Use with your students in person

• Use in small group instruction

• Use in learning centers

• Use for homeschool instruction

• Laminate and reuse materials

• Store files on your personal device

4. Not Allowed Uses

You may NOT:

• Share files with other teachers

• Upload files to shared drives (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.) for others

• Post resources online for free download

• Resell the resources in any form

• Modify and redistribute as your own

• Share on school-wide servers accessible by multiple teachers

• Use for commercial products

• Upload to marketplaces (TPT, Etsy, etc.)

• Use in paid membership sites

• Email files to others

5. School Licenses

If you would like to use the resource:

• In multiple classrooms

• Across a school

• Across a district

You must purchase additional licenses or request a School License by contacting us.

6. Copyright

All resources are the intellectual property of Grow and Play and are protected by copyright law.

You may not:

• Copy

• Reproduce

• Alter for redistribution

• Claim ownership

All designs, layouts, graphics, and content remain the property of Grow and Play.

7. Sharing Policy

You may:

• Share a link to the product page

• Share photos of the resource in use (with credit appreciated)

You may NOT:

• Share the PDF file

• Share download links

• Share extracted pages

8. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final.

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Accidental purchases

• Change of mind

• Not reading description

• Download issues after file access

However, we are happy to help if:

• A file is corrupted

• A download does not work

• You receive the wrong file

9. Modifications

You may modify the resource for your own classroom use only.

You may NOT:

• Share modified versions

• Sell modified versions

• Upload modified versions online

10. Technical Requirements

You are responsible for having:

• A PDF reader

• A printer (if printing)

• Basic knowledge of digital downloads

Some files may require color printing.

11. Limitation of Liability

Grow and Play is not responsible for:

• Printing costs

• Ink usage

• Paper usage

• Technical issues with your device

• Improper use of materials

12. Updates to Resources

From time to time, we may update resources.
If updates are provided, they will be available for download from your account.
